HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "The Capone House", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES:
-If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings.
-Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees.
-Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments.
-Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. Please review before booking.

OUR COMMITMENT:
We strive to provide each guest with a 5-star experience, enabling them to truly enjoy their getaways. However, we acknowledge that achieving absolute perfection in a private residence may be unrealistic. If a flawless experience is your expectation, a vacation property rental might not align with your pre

Beautiful spot. Windows are leaky for a winter stay but the furnace worked well and the place was just as the photos showed.

An Exceptional One of a Kind! The Al Capone Historic Clubhouse!

By far, the best guest stay experience we have ever had! We are well traveled and prefer to stay in a rental home rather than a hotel or casino. This stay was so exceptional! Let's start with the hosts! The most accommodating hosts who are most attentive to every detail in the home (the house is fully stocked with lovely dishes and glassware, exceptional appliances, comfortable furniture, luxury bedding and towels). You will want for nothing. And the views! Since the home was brought back to its original glory, there are vistas from the kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms and seating areas of the waterways and boats over which encircle beautiful seagulls. A lovely outdoor seating area directly on the waterway awaits you! Although spectacular, the photos simply cannot do justice to how amazing this property is! Located on a very quiet street, there is ample parking in front of the home as well as on the street. The cleaning staff is amazing and keeps the home in tip top shape! You will not find a more unique home to stay in nor will you find hosts who are so attentive than the Al Capone Clubhouse!
