Family celebration with fun & games

The 6 bedroom house was perfect for our 10 adults & 1 child. There was ample space to do things in smaller groups or gather everyone together for meals and games. The backyard pool area was peaceful with barely any noise from vehicles on the roads. The check-in & check-out process was super simple. The Mario theme was one of the many reasons we chose this house and it lived up to expectations.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The idea of the house was great but was not worth the price we paid. The house was not as clean as I would hope. Both of the arcade games were broken upon arrival, and the entrance road flooded daily in the afternoon making it nearly impossible to come or go. The pool was nice but all pool toys were broken when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and Mario theme.

The property manager did not reach back to me after numerous texts and phonecalls The trash cans were overflowing outside, the inside of the house didn't smell clean and the grill was filthy. I am a retired navy veterans and I was highly disappointed for the price I paid for the stay. The property didn't match what I saw online
