Welcome to our Direct Oceanfront One Bedroom Villa, #115 115 Breakers, which is professionally managed by me, the owner, CHUCK 'from' 'HILTONHEADSCRENTALS'.

This beautifully remodeled villa has Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout, updated furnishings, ceiling fans in living area and bedroom, excellent appliances, modern kitchen cabinets and Silestone countertops! It is in great condition!

This DIRECT OCEANFRONT Villa is located on the first floor and provides beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean. The Villa is actually elevated with dynamic beach and ocean views. Many first floor Villas sit so low that the dunes completely obstruct your view. NOT THIS VILLA! You can see it all! AND... You just cannot get any closer! Don't be mistaken by 'Oceanview' Villa's claiming to be Oceanfront. Our villa is ABSOLUTELY OCEANFRONT!

Your perfect vacation rental has just become even better! Sleeping accommodations include a Master Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area and a bunk-bed (two singles) area located off the main hallway.

The Breakers complex is comprised of 120 separate units in a three story-building complex. There are only 45 direct oceanfront units in this complex and YOU will be in one of them! Located on the first floor, there is no hassle of walking up flights of stairs. This Villa is perfectly situated to take advantage of true oceanfront living! There is also an impeccably maintained oceanfront pool PLUS a Kiddies pool just a few steps away. All surrounded by a large sun deck area with lounge chairs provided. YOUR VIEW HOWEVER IS NOT OVERLOOKING THE POOL OR PARKING LOT (JUST OCEAN), so you have privacy as well as convenience. Breakers is located in the popular Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza, famous for its over 60 shops and restaurants is located immediately across the street. An abundant amount of top quality island golf courses are minutes away.

This unit is a non-smoking Villa with no pets allowed. 30% Deposit plus refundable security (1st time guests only) required to reserve. Must be occupied by an Adult 25 years or older. All Rates include cleaning services. 11% South Carolina tax additional.

Hi Pam, Thank you for your kind review. There are 120, One Bedroom Villa's within the Breakers property. Each one is an identical 580 sq ft plus balcony. So might I suggest that 'Cozy' is an accurate description as well. I emphasize to potential guests that for comfort and enjoyment reasons, I limit occupancy at any one time to couples or small families. By doing so, I am able to maintain our villa's (I also own #125 Breakers) to a standard that guests expect and appreciate. I hope to have you both back again on a future visit. Thanks again... Breakers 115 in Hilton Head Island

We stayed very comfortably at Breakers in 2013 and it is why we returned in 2019 renting from two different owners each time. Both stays were very satisfactory. Breakers is set in a great vacation location. Units at Breakers are truly walking distance to many restaurants and shops all in a lovely area ideal for strolls along the beach and around the local area. We didn't get to rent bikes, but saw many people who did and we would like to do that if we are blessed to return in the future! Chuck was who we rented unit 115 from this time around. He is very accessible by phone, email or text - responding promptly to any concerns or questions. We definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay right on the beach in Hilton Head Island, as we would definitely hope to return one day!

Great Location!

The location of this property is great…. Across the street from Cologne Plaza which has lots of great places to eat and shop plus grocery store. Unit is ocean front but if you’re sitting on the low chairs on the balcony, you can’t see it. It is visible from inside the unit though. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had all you needed for cooking. The unit needs some TLC. Fresh paint, patch some places up and upgrade the patio furniture to high top table and chairs to be able to see the ocean while sitting out there. Chuck was great to work with. We would consider staying here again.

Denise, thank you for your 4* review and comments. Although this Villa is located on an elevated 1st floor, which is technically 2nd floor, Dune vegetation growth can sometimes impair a view when sitting. I do understand that clearing / trimming of the Dunes are scheduled to be conducted this winter. In regard to your suggestion to put high-top chairs and table on the balcony, I would love to do it. However, given the history of other Villa’s, many accidents have occurred with children climbing / standing on these high-top chairs, falling over the balcony rail and injuring themselves. Hard to believe… but yes, it’s more common than one would imagine. From a safety and liability standpoint, I as well as others, have opted not to change out to the high-tops. In regards to TLC, point well taken. After a full Spring, Summer and now Fall season, mine as well as most sought after oceanfront properties can show some wear. I can assure you that I will be in all of my Breakers and Ocean One properties over the winter, bringing them back up to standard. You both were great guests and I hope you will consider a return to one of my properties on a future visit to HHI. Best Regards and Thanks Again, Chuck – ‘hiltonheadscrentals’

This villa is in a GREAT location! Truly oceanfront, great pool and beach access. Walk right to Coligny. Villa was clean and well maintained. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, which was very helpful for our family of 5. Loved the key less entry! Only suggestion I would make is for some hooks to be installed in the hall or bedroom, for some extra storage for towels etc. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (ages 10, 7 & 7) and this was a perfect fit for us. This was our 4th visit and we had a great week on Hilton Head and will be back!

Great Place!

Our family spent a fantastic week in 115 Breakers. Working with the owner could not have gone more smoothly. The Villa was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Wonderful!

Breakers was the perfect condo for my sister and me! We arrived to find a clean and well-maintained "home away from home". We loved the private oceanfront view and the convenient location of the crystal-clear pool. Coligny Plaza, with its quaint shops and restaurants, is literally steps away from the condo. The owner, Chuck, was very accommodating and made sure the rental process went smooth and problem free. We can't wait to stay here next summer!

We loved staying @ The Breakers! It was out 1st visit & we couldn't have asked for a better location-right across from Coliginy! The condo itself was cute & clean and had a great view of the ocean-it was perfect for my family of four! Loved the location!

We stayed for a week during the 4th of July holiday. We loved the location as it was right on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza (restaurants, shops, grocery store). Chuck, the owner, quickly responded to all questions and emails prior to our trip. His diligence and hospitality were greatly appreciated.

Great stay!

I spent the President's Day Weekend at Breakers 115 with my mom and my aunt. The accommodation was everything we needed. The ocean front location offered a great view of the ocean, and the villa was clean and well-stocked with linen and dishes, etc. Chuck was even able to get us a second parking pass since we drove to HHI from different locations.

Great villa!!

Fantastic location with a wonderful view. Everything was as advertised and the villa is well-stocked with everything you need! Love that it had a washer and dryer! You couldn't get a better deal on the beach with all the restaurants and shops across the street. Really appreciated Chuck stopping by on Sunday and making sure everything was ok. Definitely would recommend this for couples and/or families with small children. We'll definitely be back!
