This updated ocean view villa is waiting for you and your family or friends! Just grab your beach towels and flip flops, and pack your bags!  

Ocean Dunes Resort & Villas is nestled between two resorts: Hilton Grand Vacations and Marriott Grande Vacations. The Ocean Dunes Resort & Villas has private gated parking. A parking pass will be waiting for you in your villa upon arrival. This one-bedroom villa with a private balcony has beautiful ocean sunrise views and is just steps to the pool and beach. Our cozy villa sleeps 2 adults with a queen-size bed in the bedroom with plenty of closet space and a sleeper sofa sectional in the living room ideal for children or 1 additional adult. The villa is ready for you with free Wi-Fi, fresh linens & towels, flat-screen TV's in the living and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen and work space. Wifi printer available! Beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach wagon are included for guests to use!

No need to drive! - restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, entertainment for the family... all can be found less than a mile away in Coligny Plaza, and miles of beautiful beaches are just a few steps out your front door!  The Low Country Celebration Park, located in Coligny, has walking paths, green space, an amphitheater, and a children's museum. If you want to stay close to home, check out Loggerhead Landing at Marriott Grande Ocean for great beach front frozen cocktails and nice outdoor seating. You can access from the beach if you prefer or Hilton's Oceanside Bar & Grill for snacks and cocktails, as well. They also have a Starbucks in the Marketplace!

The resort is complete with elevators, laundry facilities on each floor, and a beautiful heated pool** and sun deck - open year-round from sunrise to dusk!

 If you are strolling down the beach, make sure to walk down to Coligny to the "World Famous Tiki Hut with its live music or Pool Bar Jim's and their amazing frozen drinks! Both are located on either side of the Coligny Beach Access Boardwalk and open to the public. Plenty of perks being in Hilton Head's Heart of the South End!!

**Ocean Dunes has one heated pool oceanfront of the complex. The pools at the Hilton Resort seen from the balcony are only for the use of the guests at the Hilton property. Guests and/or owners at Ocean Dunes Resort & Villas do not have access to these pools. Please only use Ocean Dunes community pool.

Starter Amenities will included a set of bath towels for each guest, travel size toiletries in the bathroom with bath mat, 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll in kitchen, a few dish pods, dish soap, laundry soap, and a kitchen towel. These items are only a starter pack and will not be refilled during your reservation.

ONE PARKING PASS PERMITTED PER RESERVATION. OCEAN DUNES IS A GATED COMMUNITY. No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near Coligny beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
