Our family had a wonderful visit in the Mendham area and found this house perfect for our needs. It was a lovely house, beautiful setting, and the owner had everything ready for us. The beds were very comfortable. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

We loved the history of the home, the beams and historic features make the property unique, but the updates make it modern day functional. We had 2 families for a small family reunion, 8 people total, and plenty of space for everyone. One of the rooms is in a detached building with a bathroom and shower, giving space to those who may want some quiet time. One thing to note - if you are tall (like 6 feet or taller) you will need to watch your head in the door frames that are part of the original house - they are low so don't forget to duck! The pool is great, with a diving board and deep end. We spent a lot of time enjoying the sun and family time in the pool with the serene greenery around us and the birds and nature. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas stove, oven and good size barbecue. We would absolutely stay in this property again. Jake was immediately responsive if we had to reach out and the kids loved seeing/feeding the koi in the pond.
