Enjoy the modern comforts of home, including an outdoor patio with BBQ grill and dining area, an outside shower, and various entertainment options like Sling TV, Fubo TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video on the living room smart TV. The master bedroom allows for personal device connectivity to the smart TV with an HDMI cable. The basement offers a full sized washer and dryer, bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys.
