“Little Blue” is a newly renovated 2 BR, 1 BA bungalow located 2-3 blocks from sandy beach, restaurants, shops, salons, entertainment and the new wedding venue, Tydes at Walnut Beach. This home is bright and cozy with new modern furnishings, 44” smart tv, fully appointed kitchen, desk w/wireless printer, 1 queen size bed, 1 twin size bed and a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a small private yard and stackable washer and dryer. Convenient to Rt.1, I95, I91, Merritt Pkwy and train station.
The space
This bungalow has been completely and beautifully remodeled. Cozy pull out sofa, tv, wi-fi, work space w/printer, fully equipped kitchen w/new full size appliances, granite counters and cookware. Main bedroom w/queen size bed, 2 dressers, hangers, mirror, and black-out curtains for a good night sleep. Second bedroom w/twin bed, nightstand, closet w/hangers and black-out curtains. Both have soft sheets, blankets, pillows and comforters. Full bath w/shampoo, soaps, towels, hair dryer and plenty of space for your own toiletries. Stackable washer/dryer.

This home has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay. And it is 1-2 blocks to store, eateries, spa, boardwalk and so much more. Many local restaurants also offer delivery. Beautiful home steps away from the beach

We stayed in this property for a wedding weekend. The house location was close to coffee shop, restaurants, bars and The Beach! Would definitely re-book if in the area.

When we checked in on Memorial Day weekend the AC was out, and most HVAC places were closed. She brought a window unit in the next day. Very responsive.

It is not only a get-away for me and my family to enjoy but I get to share it with so many wonderful people from around the world thru Vrbo. It makes me happy to make others happy :-)

Why they chose this property

As a lifetime resident of Milford I have watched this neighborhood transform to the perfect vacation destination with nearby things to offer for all ages. The beach is sandy and there are paddleboard and scooter rentals, beach volleyball and yoga, board walk to Silver Sands State Park, fishing pier, great restaurants, a nail salon, a spa, a creamery, an art gallery, a coffee shop, a bakery, a convenience store, a pavilion with weekly entertainment in the summer, a farmers market, a wedding venue and so so much more! And less than 3 miles to center of town, green, waterfall, marinas, paddleboat ride, library, hospital, major hi-ways and train station.

What makes this property unique

This property has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. It is fresh and clean and updated. It is decorated with a tasteful nautical theme, it has smart tvs, electric fireplace, central a/c, every cooking utensil you can think of, fresh linens, towels, games, books and little surprises thru-out. Whether you stay indoors or go outdoors, you will always have something to do in the immediate area.
