DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #401...This newly renovated and beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair, patio table with chairs plus 2 adirondack chairs! You'll love the new LVP flooring throughout the condo! And, new updated bathrooms with new fixtures, new counter tops, new walk-in shower etc. And the kitchen cabinets have been freshly painted white for that coastal look. The place is like brand new!

You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed (new mattress set),flat screen television and new LVP flooring await you in the master bedroom! There are two full sized beds (new mattress sets) in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed (new mattress) in the 3rd bedroom, and Smart televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use. New LVP flooring in all of the bedrooms as well and beautifully updated bathrooms!

The condo had great space for our family of 5. We did have a couple issues like the shower not draining properly and the master door not closing but these were fixed quickly. Also, the condo entrance door needs to be pulled shut to shut completely; just mentioning for anyone with small children that may be able to open the door.

Great location & great views! However, the non-smoking unit smelled like smoke upon arrival & we encountered construction noise that wasn’t scheduled. The rental company did try to help with the smell but it didn’t go away. Thank goodness for fresh air from the balcony!

Thanks again for staying with us Jennifer! I did want to respond to this review though because before each new arrival we have the unit cleaned, inspected and checked on by maintenance. Neither the cleaner, inspector, nor our maintenance guy reported any smoke smell prior to your arrival. Our cleaner that brought over the odor eliminators couldn't smell anything when visiting the unit. And after your departure, the new cleaner cleaning the unit couldn't smell anything either. I'm not trying to deny your experience but we had 5 different individuals in the unit before, during, and after your stay who couldn't smell smoke in the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. We really appreciated the added touches of shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash in the bathrooms. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were dealt with promptly.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

Condo was perfect for a family of 5. The 4th floor gave a great view of the beach. It even came with a few sand toys and a pop up tent. Some chairs would have been nice since there is no chair service during the iff season. Overall great condo. Would rent again.

Great condo

Condo was exactly as described online. Was clean and had everything we needed plus a corner balcony that was perfect fit for family of 8. We actually encountered multiple dolphins swimming throughout our stay. The walk to beach was a short stroll and the amenities were nice. I liked more than anything how I received communication after getting settled in, to see if we need anything and was comfortable. I will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

Beach Getaway

We brought our family down for a week to visit some family. The condo was really nice. The only downside was that the complex pool was not done being renovated. We were told that it was under renovation prior to booking, however it said that the renovations would be done prior to our arrival. I also understand that the city had h usual severe weather the week prior to our stay, which may have delayed repairs. We were given permission to utilize the pool next door. Overall the trip was great and the condo worked well for our family’s needs.

Great Fall Break location

First, we would absolutely stay here again. The building is beautifully maintained and the location is awesome- very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Second, the check in/out process is simple. The host does a great job staying in communication and even sends an email with recommendations of items to pack to make stay more comfortable. Third, the condo really does come stocked with item to make the stay more enjoyable- plenty of extra blankets, beach accessories ,well stocked kitchen.Fourth, the view is excellent. Gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, dolphins playing in the water…beautiful. We only had two complaints.One, the toaster in the kitchen is broken and we had to use the broiler in the oven to make toast. Second, the housekeepers failed to clean the sink in the master bath properly- there was used toothpaste on the faucet handles when we arrived. The rest of the condo was clean.

We are so glad you loved the condo and enjoyed your stay. With every guest, we send an email the very first morning asking if there’s anything that we can do to make their stay better. We have a storage unit stocked with extra items needed for our condos so we could’ve quickly brought over a new toaster. Also, our housekeepers would’ve been happy to go back and re-clean the bathroom faucet handle. But we were unaware of these things until now.
