The area is at the hub of all the amenities and tourist spots that the City of Doncaster has to offer, including any business or pleasure activities. Only 0.8 mile from centre, and easy walk or a very fast drive in to the town, city and shopping/business areas.

What makes this property unique

Belmont 1 is like a Tardis from Dr Who! Deceptively large, from the private street entrance it opens up in to an expansive living area with large lounge/diner, and double sofa bed, compact but well equipped kitchen, and upstairs has 2 well sized bedrooms, and fully equipped bathroom with bath/shower.
