Lonely Pine Lodge On Strand Lake - Pet Friendly - Near Sax-Zim Bog

Welcome to my cozy beach cottage on Strand Lake.
The cottage has many things to offer- From breathtaking views of the lake, beautiful sunsets, great fishing as well as swimming and lakeside campfires. This private 2+acre lot has plenty of space for all those outdoor activities.
Bird watchers from all over the world come to enjoy Sax Zim-Bog nature preserve which is only a few miles away.
Atv & snowmobiling trails are also available in the area.
The Cottage is approximately 40 minutes to either Duluth or the Iron Range, with that making it centrally located for all sorts of activities.
The property also offers a year-round cozy bunkhouse for extra sleeping quarters for your extended family stay along with RV hookups.

Wonderful lake views!

This place has wonderful lake views with beautiful sunsets. It is wealth stocked, as we made many meals at the house. We look forward to our next trip to this place. Valerie was great.

Pine Cottage

My husband and I came up to Minnesota to go birding at Sax Zim Bog, and we found this great cottage. It was the perfect place! It was very close to Sax Zim Bog, and it was close to the gas station and Wilbert Cafe in town. It was a great size, newly designed, nice appliances to cook our own meals, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a large shower. The owner really thought of everything when it comes to small details as well like extra supplies, smart tvs, starlink wifi that worked really well, and nice lighting. The property was large and right on the lake. We hope to come back in the summer to do some other outdoor activities on the lake! We really loved our stay!
