This home provides a close stay with plenty of room for a full house of guests. The communication between the management and myself was fantastic! They provided all of the information and updates needed throughout the stay. It's a wonderful home! Definitely would recommend.Make sure to bring extra pillows, blankets, and soap as they do not provide these.

The home was disgustingly dirty. The rug that you see in this picture is filthy. When we moved the furniture to vacum, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned in years. There were dead roaches all over the house, and one live one that we killed the last night we were there. There was mold in some of the rooms. The kitchen was not adequately stocked. My family uses VRBO to book a Thanksgiving vacation every year. This was the worst place we have stayed in during the last 15 years of doing these trips. We noticed that the house was for sale. The best thing that can happen is for someone to buy it, level it, and start over. I hate writing bad reviews, so I will end with a couple of positives. The appliances were new and functioned well. The water pressure was good, and the water was hot. We had a plumbing issue, and it was handled promptly. Overall, this was the worst home we have ever rented.
Plenty of room to have more than one family to enjoy although a few things need to be addressed. About half the beds didn't sleep well, nails sticking through the steps going upstairs, handrail knobs are rotten and fall off. There's a couple holes in the back deck and sketchy stairs leading to upstairs rooms. Other than that, great location, house was clean just needs updates. Only 3 parking spots for 9 bedrooms and they are tight. Wouldn't stay here again but we will use carolina beach realty again. They are a great company and i didn't report any issues to them this time but they have always been responsive to any issues before. In other words, good place for some but not us, we had 3 people with us that used wheelchairs or crutches and the porches and steps were not in great shape for them to pull up.
