Spacious waterfront cabin located on the lower Sardis lake.

Fish from the back deck, enjoy grilling hamburgers outside, enjoy a family meal with our full kitchen and eating areas or maybe enjoying visiting in our spacious den downstairs with large 65" tv. If you want to leave the cabin, there are two restaurants a few miles away (The Pier and Rafters on the Water). Want to enjoy a football game or enjoy shopping? You are 20 minutes away from Oxford, MS where you caan enjoy plenty of dining, shopping and Ole Miss athletic events.

Sardis Lake is also known as one of the best fishing and recreational lakes. There is plenty of space for parking boats at our cabin with nearby places to put your boat in the water. There is also place to tie your boat behind the cabin for quick access to the lower lake.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The outside firepit was not usable because it appeared that a prior guest dumped charcoal from the grill and cigarette butts in it. There were random pieces of wood by the dock and a sink hole on the stone path. After avoiding the obstacles, my husband enjoyed fishing on the dock. Inside was comfortable and fit our needs. It would be beneficial for a curtain to be in the upstairs bathroom and a curtain separating the sliding door bedroom from the adjoined bedroom. Would stay again.

Front view is a beautiful cotton field. Back view is a cozy bayou with a nice deck and grilling area. Great place for a guys trip/ football game! The cabin is very comfortable and spacious. Nice open TV /dining/ kitchen area.
