LAKEFRONT with Beautiful Views at Arrowhead Lake!

Enjoy our canoe, rowboat, pedal boat and 2 kayaks. Perfect for families with young children because our property is located right next to beach 2 at arrowhead lake. In addition the community has 3 community pools available in the summer. Great for all seasons. Near Pocono Raceway, JFBB, Camelback/beach, Kalahari and Split Rock where there is also an indoor water park. Pool table, 4 bedrooms, 5 flatscreen TVs including a smart TV and WIFi. Enjoy everything the Poconos has to offer!

Important to note: Arrowhead Community charges renters fees for temporary membership. Minimum age of renters is 25 per township registration 016268. Linens not included. No pets please.

Wonderful Stay at the Light House

We chose this house because of the waterfront view and being right next to the beach. It did not disappoint! There was plenty of space for my extended family of 5 adults and 2 kids. House was clean, owners were nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The best cabin to rent for the entire family!!!

This was by far our most favorite VRBO cabin and overall experience. The owner of the cabin answered all my questions and was very detailed with everything including the check in process and what to expect. The cabin is right by the beach and you have your very own pier as well to fish off of of take a swim. There were two kayaks, a canoe, a row boat, and a pedal boat for you to use and we did!! We spent more time on the lake and out on the upper deck than actually going anywhere outside the community. We will be booking this cabin again soon for our summer trip next year!

Best Lake house we have been to

We have been renting Lake houses for the last several years and this is by far the nicest and the only one that we would consider renting again. The house is clean and well maintained. No worn furniture or old sinks/tubs. You can tell the owners take pride in the house by the attention to details (e.g. updated kitchen, quality faucets, new bar in basement, new deck). The community has lots of amenities altogether all you really need is right in your backyard. The home is exactly as advertised. The hosts were very open in their communication and check-in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this house,,

Fantastic time at the lake

We had a wonderful time at Lake Arrowhead. This property was excellent. Very clean and the owners were great to work with. The location was perfect. We loved the direct access to the lake with the beach and playground right next door. My oldest son also loved having the basketball court right across the street. He was shooting hoops every day! The Arrowhead community was great as well. We loved checking out the community pools. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, beautiful home full of all amenities listed and more. We stayed as a family of 7 adults, 2 kids and there was room for all. Correspondence with owners was fantastic. Definitely will be back!!

Clean and well located!

We had a wonderful time! House was very clean, and new upgrades (trex deck and kitchen, not shown in the listing photos as of this writing) are well done and great assets. We had a one year old with us, and had no issues. The location next to the beach and playground were perfect. We would look to re-rent here in the future!

Family Getaway

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the house had everything we could need. We loved going out on the kayaks and canoe each day to fish. Would definitely recommend!

Arrowhead Lake

Property was as described and very clean. Our stay was complicated by an failure of the sewage grinder pump. We pump alarm was sounding before dawn on Sunday morning. I notified the owner Sunday morning after we figured out what the alarm was. While the initial reply was prompt, the issue was not resolved until afternoon on Monday. Since the sewage system was backing up in the downstairs shower and toilet, we couldn't shower or use the toilets Sunday and Monday until the plumbing service fixed the problem. Fortunately the community had public restrooms available. The plumber vehicle listed 24/7 service so it seemed like it might have been possible to get the problem resolved on Sunday instead of Monday. I would consider booking this house in the future as it is on the lake and has a dock. We were there to fish and this place had everything we needed for our fishing trip.

Perfect location for family gathering

This house on the water right next to the beach and playground was the perfect setup for an extended family gathering. I especially liked the bedrooms were on different floors so the kids could go to sleep early without being disturbed by adults

Perfect spot for family vacation

We went to this house with our 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren: the oldest one is 4 1/2 and the youngest one 6 months old. Both the location and the set up of the house was perfect for us. We were able to walk just a few step to the nicely maintained beach and playground next door with the bigger kids while the small ones took naps. We enjoyed canoeing and pedal boating on the very clean lake too! The three levels, with a full bath on each level made it very easy for all to fit in and the well set up kitchen made cooking for all of us easy. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake and had most of our meals out there. The lake association amenities, particularly the pools, were wonderful too. I would highly recommend this spot for families.

Family Vacation

My family of 7 adults and 1 infant stayed at this property for a week. The size of the house was perfect. There was plenty of room to all be together inside or out, as well as enough room to spend a little quiet time away if that's what you need. The lake was beautiful for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. We had a great time !

Beautiful view and family friendly indoors and out

We had a lovely stay that included all kinds of weather - from high 60s down to snow, there was something to enjoy at the lake house in all conditions. The house layout is good for sharing with multiple households, with different options for communal hangouts but also some privacy. Excellent and responsive communications with the owner, with recommendations for outings and where to get supplies. It was pretty easy to childproof for a newly walking baby, and there was even a changing pad and baby gate already there!

Great lake house

This warm and cozy lake house is ideally situated with a great view. Ours was a winter stay and the lake was completely frozen. It was a great vantage point to watch ice fishing and snowmobiles on the frozen lake. Fortunately the Arrowhead lake guest fees were reduced during the winter season but renters should take caution that these fees could add up during the warm months. The owners made sure I was well aware of these prior to booking the home so that there were no surprises. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Lake was awesome

The outside property was awesome. The home was filthy. Spiderwebs and bugs everywhere. Shower curtains have never been changed. Floors never washed. Linens thrown in a ball on the closet floors. Mattress covers soiled. Linens not laundered. Kitchen cabinets disorganized and filthy. The contents in them old and dirty.

Great time at the lake

My family an I spent 3 wonderful nights at the Evan's lake house. the house was very roomy and had all we needed, we didn't even use the forth bedroom on the first floor. The beach next to the house was bit noisy but we did enjoy that. There's good selection of boats to use and we enjoyed that, plus the firepit at night was very relaxing. We will come back next year for sure.

We never had to leave the house. The water toys, the views of the lake, large backyard, close proximity to Basketball court and beach for the kids. It was perfect.

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful vacation with our 3 kids and our parents. The location was perfect for us, right next to one of the beaches, making it easy to go between the house and the beach with our toddlers. We used the boats daily and loved the options - kayaks, paddleboat, rowboat. The backyard was a great place to relax, either next to the water or by the fire pit. The house needed some small fixes - the ceiling fans were so dusty we couldn’t use them, one of the tubs was slow to drain, the coffee maker broke (they did have a 2nd one that was working) - but these were minor. Just as an FYI the beach can get noisy in the afternoons and the basketball court gets pretty loud at night, but these didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again!
