Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is ideal for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's!

The Space:
Located in downtown Moab, La Dolce Vita Villas are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious bedroom areas, two luxury bathrooms, private patio with a hot tub and outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure.

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

Awesome property! Super clean and the hosts were very nice and very responsive. Condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Located within easy walking distance of a brewery, grocery, and several restaurants.

Nice spacious flat in Moab

Our family of 4 used this as a base for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. The property, location, and communication were all excellent. There was lots of room for luggage/bikes in the foyer, which was a big plus.

Super place in great location

Truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. Tons of space for everyone, great kitchen for cooking a couple of meals, easy check-in and great communication with host, and located just at the edge of downtown. Would not hesitate at all to stay here again when back in Moab.

The condo was amazing! We loved all of the amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus especially after hiking all day! The location was convenient; the host was very responsive. Overall a great experience!

This condo was perfect for our family and dog traveling to Moab. The condo is very upscale in its finishes and was very comfortable, clean, and well kept. Would highly recommend.

Stay over in Moab

My husband and I are traveling with another couple through the SW and wanted to visit the Arches so we planned an overnight in Moab. This condo was the perfect fit for us. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It was clean and exactly as described on line. Also the host was responsive and the check in and checkout was super easy. It worked well for us and we enjoyed our trip very much.

We loved it

We loved our stay! There were 5 of us, my wife & I, my son with special needs, and 2 friends. When I stay out of town, I look for a few things: #1 - cleanliness, #2 - Water Pressure, #3 - internet access. You did awesome in all of these categories, thank you! The only reason why I put 4 starts instead of 5 stars is because of a few minor things. #1 - the fact that we paid a cleaning fee and was asked to do laundry, wash dishes, & take out the garbage. #2 - The pull out couch...its mattress had a very large stain on it. Furthermore, it was not comfortable at all and I slept horribly on it. #3 - the bathroom door would not lock, we had a few uncomfortable incidents with this. #4 - The ice maker on the fridge would not work, this was terrible and we ended up paying a lot of money just to get ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to use this property again in the future. I do recommend this property!

Decent place, room for improvement

The condo was beautiful and in a great location in Moab. The place was tidy and had all the amenities needed like pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The hot tub was very private and easy to use. It was quiet, despite the loud music from the restaurant next door. We couldn't hear it at all from inside. The condo was located on the bottom floor and we could occasionally hear someone moving around upstairs, but could not hear conversations or anything. The large double headed shower In the master bathroom was lovely and the master bed was comfortable and Included a down feather mattress topper. Unfortunately, while the place was well picked up and tidy, it had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. We paid an additional 100 to bring our dog with us, who doesn't shed, and there was dog hair all over the floors and rugs. I feel like if we are paying that much for a dog, we expect the place to at least be relatively free of dog hair, but the carpets appeared unvaccumed. The floors were swept but did not appear to be mopped as they were still grimy, leaving our socks black on the bottom within an hour of walking around on it and my toddlers hands and knees black as well. The cabinets also had food that had not been wiped out of them. There was also food splashes on the table as well. Overall, a lovely place but needs to be cleaned better, especially considering how much we paid for our dog to join, who doesn't actually require any additional cleaning.

Everything was great. The house for the most part was clean but the washer and dryer needed to be cleaned…full of lint and dog hair. The toiletries in the main bath were used ( half full), otherwise it was nice.

This property was wonderful! Very spacious, easy check-in, and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and it was within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. We used the condo as home base for the Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. This is the best condo we have ever used in all our travels!

The property was at least as good as advertised, if not better. Unassuming place until you get inside. Very clean and spacious. Good-sized kitchen, living area and bedrooms, killer primary bath, good location (with a great Indian restaurant a few feet away). Was exactly what we needed after staying in hotels the first few days of our trip.

Very accurate listing. Perfect place for a couple with kids. Short walk to a grocery store and a few restaurants, and short drive to downtown. Great setup - a modern apartment with everything you need and expect. During our stay the kitchen sink backed up and the host fixed it promptly. I would stay here again.
