The house was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked and easy access to restaurants, literally right next door and behind the house but it still was on a quiet street and very peaceful.

We stayed here after my daughter (who is. Kent St Athlete) had knee surgery, There is a first floor masters which really made it accessible for her. The house felt like home. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was a perfect place to recover and my daughter cried when we left! Honestly, this is such a great location in Kent- convenient, comfortable and clean.

Great location walking distance to downtown Kent, restaurants, river trail, etc. Comfortable property with character and nice layout. Kitchen was really cute complete with multiple coffee making options including authentic pour over kettle. Micro location isn’t great—exterior is a bit tired and it’s basically in the parking lot of the restaurant next door. Front porch could use a power wash and yard some attention.

We stayed for 5 nights. The owner was amazingly responsive to our small questions. The house was perfect in all the ways: comfort, location, conveniences, games/puzzles/toys for kids, seating for all 8 of us, lively yard and front porch, all kinds of fun board games. We love, love, loved it and will be back!

The host was very kind and responsive. House was well-equipped and perfect for our family get together. The location is perfect, quiet, walkable to downtown. There’s a very pleasant brewery/restaurant next door and a trailhead just a couple blocks from the house for walks along the river.

Beautiful home in awesome location. Walk to downtown Kent but with no late night music or bar noise. Appreciated the blackout curtains and en suite bathroom. Great stay!

Front porch fun in my hometown

Cute, comfy house in a good location

We came to town to have Thanksgiving with local family. The house was in a good location and had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal- including an apron! Many restaurants close by and a quick walk across the parking lot to Bell Tower Brewing. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Hockey Weekend

We had a great stay at the Hop House! The house was clean and exactly as described, providing everything we could possibly need during our stay. The house was comfortable and charming, and in a great location with Bell Tower Brewery right next door. We came for KSU hockey and this was the perfect location! Would highly recommend.

Great stay in downtown Kent

This is an absolute gem in Kent. Loved everything about it. The owner was absolutely the easiest to work with and the property is cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is also well stocked! :)

Nice residence that has beautiful kitchen.

Six in the family that stayed. Nicely decorated house that has a great selection of games and beautiful kitchen. Enough room for all of us. Excellent restaurant next to the house, called Bell Tower Brewing, so good we ate their twice. Would stay there again.

Wonderful house

This property is the best. We loved having the brewery next door and spent most of the time on the front porch. This house is so cute-we loved how it was decorated. It was so clean and provided everything we needed. We were there for a family reunion and may have to rent this house again for next year.
