Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Alanson. The house was very comfortable, clean, and our communication with the host was great. If you enjoy boating, this is a great place for you.

Perfect getaway

We stayed here for a ski weekend and loved the place. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was pretty and my dog loved the yard! The family room was large with comfortable coaches for all is us to gather. We especially loved the large mud room for all of our ski boots and bags! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

Perfection!

Amazing place to stay. Tons of places to go both by water or by land. Close to everything! The house exceeded expectations. Super clean and plenty of room. You will not regret this one!

Fun Family Weekend

Myself, my parents, and my grandparents have all been coming to Burt/Mullet for decades and decided to bring my daughter up for her first trip this year for a family vacation to this wonderful little cottage on Crooked River. We found everything to be the perfect size for the seven of us and enjoyed the proximity to Mackinaw City, Petoskey and the wineries around the area. Our host was gracious and helpful and we experienced no issues. It was a genuinely awesome tome for our first family vacation with our newest member.

Super clean and beautiful home on the canal

Very clean, new furnishings and appliances, and a great spot on the river. Beds were very firm, plenty of towels and dishes. More than enough room for our 5 adults. Driveway can be tricky if you have a long boat trailer and unfortunately, we were not able to use the local boat launch at the end of the road. It's very shallow and drops off into sand. However, there was a very nice state park boat launch about 15 mins away on the north end of Burt. Host was super friendly, and communication was great. Would highly recommend this vacation home!!!
