Minutes from Knifeworks, Buccees, Bass Pro, Douglas Dam, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, outlet malls, antique shops, huge flea markets, Local Eatery Grill, attractions, Theaters, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains! Kodak is an incredible area to settle in. Close enough to all the fun, but very relaxed when you want to decompress and enjoy the family and friends.

This property is a labor of love for my wife and I, It took several months of work, mostly on weekends, to get it put together for future guests to enjoy this area as much as we do. We have invested in your experience with several details that will make you feel welcome. We even have some "selfie areas" if you want to share the experience with family and friends!
