About this property

Lake Front Condo, 2 pools, playgrounds, Screened-in porch

Relax at this peaceful 2 bed, 2 bath waterfront condo. Enjoy swimming or fishing off the dock or a drink in the screened-in porch looking at the lake. Have fun in the 2 pools which include a baby pool. There are 2 playgrounds, 3 BBQ areas, 2 pavillions, boat launch, 12 X 30 boat slip available, ice machine and a trailer storage area. Ozarks public beach 2 is a few miles away. Party cove is 1 cove over. Osage Outlets are less than 10 min away along w/tons of shopping, restaurants and family fun places.

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. We have fully stocked kitchen with hopefully everything you need. The induction stove/oven is also an air fryer/convection oven and cooks very fast so please be aware of that. We want all our guests to have plenty of room so we have multiple beds, extra towels. Each bedroom features a TV. The fireplace is electric and easy to turn on by a switch on cold nights. The screened-in porch is perfect to sit out on and enjoy all year round. Our condo sits on the first floor so you don't have as many steps to walk up. We have extra cards, games and books and will continue to bring more down for our guests. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and make sure our condo is as clean as possible as well for you. We have 1 camera that is a ring doorbell.

Very Peaceful Waterfront with Boat Slip

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved reading a book on the screened in balcony overlooking the water, listening to the birds. Heavenly! The boat slip worked well for my boys which were fishing in a youth tournament. We will definitely book again!

Condo was just as stated. It has everything you need for your trip. Very clean condo with lots of beds. Owners were great and very prompt with responses. We will definitely be back!!

Overall I would give the property a C. When we arrived, we couldn't find the remote to the guest room and the TV would not connect to Netflix in the master. The water smelled of sulfur when we put our kids in the bath on night one, but the owner said the smell should dissipate if we let it run long enough. She was very quick to respond! The boat slip was very nice and conveniently close to the condo.
