No piso superior sala com sofá-cama, mesa de snooker e um quarto com cama de casal ou duas de solteiro e um quarto com beliche, possui ainda uma casa de banho com duche.
Espaço exterior com piscina e jacuzzi inflável, churrasqueira e casa de Banho. Dois alpendres com mesa de refeições. Garagem e espaço para estacionar privado e gratuito.
