Vivenda Atlântida, RRAL 975, refurbished in May 2016, is located in the city center of Ponta Delgada, near the University of the Azores, Carlos Machado Museum, Teatro Micaelense, Mercado da Graça, among many other tourist attractions. It is the ideal place for family stays wishing to visit the island of São Miguel.
The accommodation has 3 suites, 2 bedrooms and capacity to accommodate up to 14 people. All suites have bed (s), bedside table (s), mirror, wardrobe or equivalent solution, bedside lighting, chair or sofa, hangers, paper basket, sheets, blanket or extra duvet, Tv with remote control. The bathrooms are equipped with towels (1 face and 1 bath per person), carpet or floor towel and soap or shower gel. In the kitchen we have fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, smoke and odor absorbing device, utensils and cabinets for food and utensils.

Wonderful Stay

The house was great plenty of room for 12 adults , and easy walk to everything in the city. If you rent a car super easy to get to the main roads from here also. Overall experience was wonderful.

Raquel is an absolutely wonderful hostess and the house was just what we wanted for our group of 12. A favourite family gathering space was the outdoor patio. This house is located about 10-15 minute easy walk to the beautiful arch and square. We would highly recommend this accommodation to families. Sao Miguel Island is a memorable destination to visit.Obrigada, Raquel!

This property has a great location to everything you will ever need! The owners were fabulous and considerate. They left a beautiful basket as a surprise for us, it was clean and roomy, I felt at home during my whole time there . I will definitely stay there again when we return.

Perfect option for friends

We loved this house! It's so hard to find a house this big for this many people that are friends with single beds. It was the perfect option for us and it worked out great. The house was big, spacious, clean, well laid out, great bathrooms, balconies, backyards and Rachel was awesome to work with. She had a lot of patience with me as I needed assistance to get some of the papers filled out. The welcome gift basket was very nice...and we made good use of the blackberry liquor. It was great to have a washing machine there and a clothes line to dry on. The location was perfect for walking into town and then driving out of the city for adventures. And it was a very reasonable price. I would stay there again in an instant and recommend it to any friends that would want to go the Azores.

Great villa with plenty of space. We had 11 people and there was no shortage of space. Felt very spacious and clean. Loved the location! Check was a smooth process. Owners were present during check in and were very helpful! Would definitely stay there again

What a beautiful place, loved it.

The owners met us at the house and showed us around. Big spacsus bedrooms, well stocked kitchen for you to be able to cook and lovely relaxing areas too. Only 10 mins walk to the coast, we found love music in the town. The food was amazing, thank goodness for the uphill walk back to the house or I would of gotten home a little rounder. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay. X

Amazing house in Ponta Delgada

I have spend some days in Ponta Delgada with a group of friends. Villa Atlantis is a very cleaned, spacious, well decorated and comfortable house in a waking distance from the city centre. It´s a perfect accomodation for a group of friends or great familys. Single beds and four bath rooms provide comfort and well being. I recommend it at all.

Una casa excepcional en pleno centro de Ponga Delgada

La casa es estupenda, limpia y llena de detalles. Raquel ha resultado encantadora y generosa. La comunicación con ella ha sido rápida en todo momento. Se lo recomendaría sin dudarlo a mi familia y amigos. São Miguel es una isla preciosa, como todas las Azores. Recomiendo alquilar un coche y explorarla entera. Conducir por sus carreteras descubriendo todo su encanto es un placer superior.
