Cozy and Economical Vacation Rental
2 bedrooms, 2 bath available for monthly vacation rental fully furnished. This is a single-family home on the NE side of Cape Coral, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer including electric, water and internet service. Home was built in 2022 and was never lived in. Come enjoy nearby Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island, Jet Ski in Sanibel Island, 30 minutes from Naples Zoo, Doc Fords, Fisherman's Wharf, Everglades National Park in close proximity and lots of water attractions or just come relax and enjoy some peace and quiet time. The 3rd bedroom and garage are locked off for storage and is not included.
