The perfect home base to explore South Lake Tahoe! Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, sauna, 2 fireplaces & sleeping for 12. Nestled in the pines with a private backyard backing acres of US Forest Service land. Walking distance to trailheads for Rim Trail, Castle Rock, & many other amazing hikes. 4.5 miles to casino & nightlife, 3.5 miles to Heavenly Stagecoach Lodge. Open concept with plenty of space for indoor & outdoor entertaining.

Cozy sectional, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, large windows with forest views, 55" 4K smart TV.

DINING ROOM
Dining table with seating for 10 lit by an antler chandelier, fireplace.

KITCHEN
Gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, slate floors. Fully equipped. Gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, plateware, bakeware, wine glasses, drinking glasses, serve ware, silverware.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: lower level of home, queen bed, attached bathroom | Bedroom 2: queen bed, two French doors to balcony | Bedroom 3: Full bunks | Bedroom 4: Twin bunks, slider to balcony.
