The property does not have air conditioning. I think that should be something mentioned in the listing. There were small fans in the rooms, but they were inadequate to cool down the property. No ceiling fans. There was a dehumidifier, which was a plus and helped a little.. Overall, the property was clean .... beds made, bathroom and kitchen clean, towels out, floors swept, etc...... but the floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. No mop for us to do it. Also, no soap for the dishwasher. Overall our stay was nice and the property served our needs, but we were not used to the high temperature coupled with the high humidity.

Hello, When these houses were built the temperatures in Western Washington were much milder, so they weren't built with AC. I bought the house in January and wasn't aware until very recently that the house was getting hot inside. That's when I bought the fans. I'm definitely looking into a more permanent solution for next summer now that I know. Thankfully we're past the heatwave. That was a very unexpected weather pattern recently. I'm glad that the house met your other needs. The house cleaner does mop after every check-out. However, I have mentioned your concerns and asked her to do another deep clean of the LVP flooring. I'll also buy a mop for the house and make sure she refills the supplies like dishwasher pods Reviews help me learn to be the best host possible. Thank you!
