- There is currently a burn ban in place until further notice. Wood fires and charcoal grills are not permitted, but the gas fire pit may still be used
- This property requires stairs to access the main living area and to access some bedrooms and bathrooms
- The home is accessible via ferry. Use the Steilacoom Ferry on the Anderson Island side to reach the property
- Please note that the basement typically remains cooler than the rest of the home
- The heating and cooling systems cannot be operated simultaneously between different levels of the property
- It is recommended you arrive at the ferry no less than 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
- Firewood and propane are not provided for guest use. It is recommended that guests bring their own as these are no longer available in the immediate area
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 external security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front of the home facing the front entry, camera 2 is located on the back of the home facing the back entry, camera 3 is located on the side of the house facing the garbage cans, camera 4 is located on the front of the house facing the yard and cameras 5 and 6 are located on the back of the house facing the backyard. All cameras are outward-facing and do not look into any interior spaces. All cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
