NOTE: Due to proximity to the bay, the well water at the property has a higher saline content. The owner provides plenty of bottled water for drinking, cooking, making coffee, brushing teeth, etc. Water, including water in shower, has a salty taste.

Walk out your door, down the road to a shared path* to the water's edge for a beach stroll, kayak, swim or just to sit and watch the sunset!

The second floor mahogany deck gives you panoramic water views of the landscape around you!

Enter the open and bright main living space with large windows and vaulted ceiling. The living area has a comfortable sectional, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi and ductless split unit air conditioner. Just beyond the living area is the dining area and the nicely appointed kitchen.

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

The second floor primary bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, a flat screen TV with cable and a wonderful balcony deck with amazing views of the bay.

The two bedrooms on the first floor and the second floor master all have ductless split unit air conditioners.

Lower level with washer/dryer. Finished section of lower level has additional seating and a TV.

Lounge out on the rear deck with gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

* Walk down the road to a shared path (shortcut) that leads to the beach. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, beachcombing and sunbathing, tide dependent.

Short drive to Marconi Beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore, Wellfleet's freshwater ponds, the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Wellfleet's famous drive-in! Head to Wellfleet Center and the harbor for wonderful galleries, shops and restaurants. Drive up to Provincetown for even more adventure! This is a lovely spot for your Wellfleet vacation.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
