Your fee includes all utilities and fast wi-fi. Any gas/electric use over $300/month will be charged to the guest directly. For the comfort of the building no smoking is permitted. Dogs are acceptable once approved with a small fee. The condo includes one dedicated on-site parking space. If you need an additional space an on-street overnight parking permit can be purchased. We provide a high level of Guest Care and are available to you via text of phone 7 days a week.
