SUMMER 2026 CALENDAR OPENS JAN 5! Two bedroom oceanfront cottage doesn't get any closer to the ocean than this! Walk out the door and onto the sand! Our cottage has a Modern Stainless Steel kitchen with dishwasher, modern tiled Bathroom with full tub/shower, also hot and cold outdoor Shower, fast wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV, Streaming TV programming, mini split Air conditioning, and WASHER & DRYER. This Cottage is labeled in the photos as "COTTAGE A." Also, adjacent cottage can be rented for your extended family see VRBO # 108681 for details. Each cottage has a separate gated entrances from the driveway and separate outdoor spaces, grills, etc. Enjoy your own beachfront or walk down the street to the town beach. Views can not be beat! If you are arriving by AIR, and not AUTO, check with Host regarding linens and towels which are not provided.

We truly enjoyed everything about our 5 night stay. The location can’t be beat with a beautiful ocean view, private beach and easy parking. The kitchen & laundry had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Barbara was quick to respond and also provided some great local helpful hints. We would definitely stay again.

Lucky to stay here again!

Perfect spot! Everything is as promised. So relaxing to see the ocean all day. Nice layout, easy to get places - we walked to ice cream and town beach. Town bars were hopping, but you wouldn't know it from this quiet and private spot. I hope to return again!

Wonderful Ocean Front Home

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The home is well appointed and the property is perfect for relaxing on the deck and enjoying the ocean view and breezes. I hope to stay there again!

Fantastic in every way!

This house does not disappoint! The location and view are spectacular. The outdoor living space is comfy and cozy with multiple options. Great restaurants and a farm stand nearby. Everything in the house is as-advertised and we can’t wait to go back :)

We loved this beachfront cottage! It was charming, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation at the beach! The view of the ocean made it hard to leave! Fun watching the surfers every morning! The owner gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do! We can’t wait to come back again!

Cottage A and B are wonderful!

We stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week in Cottage A and 1 week in Cottage B. Both cottages were great. Very clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. Better than the pictures shown. The host was extremely accomodating and kind. We will be back next year for sure!

Beautiful spot, clean home, gorgeous views! Would recommend bringing extra pillows as only 1 semi- flat pillow was provided for each bed. Highly recommend getting reservations at the Matunuck Oyster House. Close to many wonderful beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful restful week

This sweet cottage provided everything needed for a wonderful restful week. The cottage was clean and cozy, conveniently located to food, coffee, ice cream and more. The kids spent endless hours on boogie boards in the waves and beachcombing for rocks and seaglass. We would definitely return! Amazing Peaceful sleep

It pains me to leave such a positive review for this gem as I’d love to have it be available whenever I liked. Clean and well provisioned, this lovely cottage on the beach was exactly what the family and I wanted when we considered renting a waterfront property for our vacation. Close to all attractions, the views and access to the water made this a memorable vacation for all of us. Would definitely love the opportunity to stay again.

Can't wait to go next year!

Instead of going to the mountains to see the fall foilage, we decided on a beach trip! We had such a lovely time at this cottage. You can't believe the views, and the light, and the cottage was just right for the four of us. The homeowner was down to Earth, and very helpful with restaurants and things to do. The beach was right in front of the cottage, couldn't get any better than that! Must be an awesome place to be in the summer.
