SUMMER 2024 CALENDAR NOW OPEN! Walk out your door to your own beachfront heaven! Our cottage has a modern stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher, Modern Bathroom with tub/shower, Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Flat Screen TV, Streaming TV programming through Direct TV, mini split Air Conditioning, Fast Wireless Internet, modern clothes washer/dryer, and more! The property is a fenced-in two cottage compound. Each cottage has separate gated entrances from the driveway and separate outdoor spaces, grills, etc. This property is labelled as "Cottage B" in the photos. The other cottage can also be rented for extended family VRBO # 100287. Upper sky deck has 360 degree views with distant views of Point Judith, Potters Pond, Block Island, South Kingstown and Green Hill Beaches. Level yard for kids to play. Enjoy our beachfront, or take a short stroll to the town beach to swim with lifeguards. If you are arriving by AIR, and not AUTO, check with Host regarding linens and towels which are not provided.
