Why they chose this property
It's in a perfect location, central to everywhere while very quiet with a suburb feel. The oak tress with Spanish moss give a scenic view and perspective as you turn onto the street. The river waterfront view is fantastic!
What makes this property unique
It's one of a kind to the great location near downtown with a private quiet neighborhood by the marsh, the screened in porch with a pool table, ping pong table, and 100 inch projector, or the spacious kitchen and luxury bedding. You cant go wrong.
