Such a great stay! The space was super clean, private, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was really well stocked and the nice appliances were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Troy’s place was fully equipped and ready to take on guests! We were there for an annual sports trip and it was very close to all the sports fields we needed to be at! The location was great and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The only notable is you are right beside the “L” so the train runs very often and if you’re a light sleeper, that may affect you. Friendly neighbours and easy to get around, this place is definitely suitable for a larger group,

The house was really nice. Had all the appliances needed. I wish there would have been mentioned there is a train that goes by very close behind the house 24 hours a day. I am glad I brought my fan for sleeping. Host had great communication when we had questions. I would recommend this property

We had a great stay. Everything was as described and worked properly, well stocked. A great place for families and very convenient to public transportation. The train noise did not bother us. The outside space is very nice even though we didn't use it due to the heat and wild fire smoke.

The devil is most certainly in the details, and Troy and Lynette have thought of everything that makes this property so wonderful! First of all, the property was SPOTLESS, and that is something I absolutely won't compromise on, so I was so impressed with the level of cleanliness in every room of the house.The artwork was amazing, and all the little details that make a rental feel like home was well thought out, including the simple things that make a big difference - like a box of Kleenex, along with plenty of necessities that made the place so homey. The neighborhood was so peaceful and comfortable, and we enjoyed walking every day to experience all the great food that the area has to offer. Troy was always immediately responsive to all my questions/requests, and we truly felt welcomed in their home. 100/100!

Our stay was amazing! The host communicated with us and provided ideas of things to do while we were in town. He was very friendly, attentive and replied quickly if we had a question. The location was wonderful as it was a short walk to catch the “L” for all of our adventures. We enjoyed the home! It was very clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed! We stayed here over the weekend and had a really great experience. The house itself was exactly what we needed clean, comfortable, and stocked with just about everything you could think of, which made our stay super easy.One of our favorite touches was the beautiful artwork throughout the home it really added character and made the space feel warm and inviting.The neighborhood feels like it’s up and coming and was very quiet overall, which we appreciated. You can hear the train at times, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again!

The house was beautiful! It was incredibly easy with all of the appliances, linens, etc. supplied and easily available.There were no pictures of the bedroom with 2 twin beds, so we were a little surprised when we saw this room had a day bed with trundle. However, this led to 3 teenage girls sharing the master bedroom and bed.. which they absolutely loved!I had also selected parking as an option, knowing that we were right in the heart of Chicago. There was no actual parking on the property, but available street parking outside which did make us a little nervous. We fortunately had no issues.Lastly, and most importantly, Troy was incredibly nice and professional. When an unexpected issue occurred, Troy was quickly available, very understanding, and generously accommodating.
