This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen to make that quick lunch or the full dinner. Ski in ski out makes North Peak one of the best places to stay at Sunday River! Two bedrooms one with a full size bed and a set of single bunks. The other bedroom features a queen size bed. One full bath with combination tub/shower. You will enjoy this some much you will keep returning every year to make the best of your skiing in the East!
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super clean, had everything our family needed for a great few days away from home. So convenient to be right on the slopes. Would absolutely stay again!
