Serene location

Really nice condo. Beautiful views of the Marina. However, I became aware that this property prohibits these types of agreements after I had paid in full and far too late for me to make other accommodations. For some it may not be a big deal but for me an officer of the court and moreover a Black person-we didn’t feel “welcome” in the space. I think it’s important to let out-of-State guests know the policy so we can decide whether we want to be in that kind of situation. We elected not to use the amenities because we didn’t want to take a chance on being “confronted” or “frowned” at by the permanent residents who would have assumed (correctly) we were on the premises in violation of their policy.
