The stay was great and my family truly love the resort and would do it again. The host was very friendly and was very attentive if we needed anything. The condo was perfect no flaws at all. Very quiet. There was tons of things for me and my family to do which we tried to take advantage of everything in the area. Overall very nice time.
This property was in a great location. Within walking distance to everything. Very beautiful home and well equipped with your everyday needs. The owners were amazing and very helpful to any questions or concerns that we had. We had 9 people included in our stay and everyone slept spacious and comfortably. The beds were super soft. And the 3 full bathrooms was a bonus. We will definitely be booking this property again for our next PCB vacation!

Terrible communication & lack of necessities
Terrible. I literally travel every 7 weeks and never had a bad experience in my last 5 years until this visit.
For a family of 6 adults, there were no shampoo, body soaps, condiments to cook, no beach towels, the room I slept in had a non-working fan so I didn’t sleep well during my 4 stays, but that’s besides the point. I stayed quiet until the host got rude after our departure.
During our stay, we accessed an unlocked closet that did not have any signage or labels indicting it was restricted or off limits. We used the closet accordingly to retrieve additional towels as we were not provided any laundry soap and the host decides to charge me an additional cleaning fee for the “additional towels.” I explained to her that this fee is not fair as we had no idea this closest was off limits and UNLOCKED and opened. She ignored my emails and explanations.
Be prepared to buy everything, she claims she will start you with a starter kit, but that literally means 2 dishwashing pods. Nothing else, very disappointed. Poor hosting.

We look to learn and improve after every guest stay. Your review helps us assess your experiences. I am sorry you felt you were treated rudely. That was not my intention. During our post stay communication, I had to explain why you were charged for extra cleaning. You explained that access to the locked linen closet was our fault and we disagreed. It is unfortunate that you deemed that rude and gave a 1-star review.
This is my home and I take great pride in its cleanliness, amenities and strive to make it a good place to vacation. Your review is inconsistent with all the other reviews. In response, our cleaning service team arrived on the same day of departure. Unfortunately, the bathroom window was left wide open. The cleaner shut the window upon arrival as a strong rainstorm was blowing a significant amount of rainwater through the open window across the floor and walls. It required extra time to mop up and dry. I have this on video and offered to share. As I stated during our communication, you were assessed $50 for extra cleaning for the mop-up and bathroom drying, excessive linens wash & dry, and $10 for a lost wristband from the owner’s linen closet. That being said, for 6 adults (4-night stay) you used 18 bath towels, 12 hand towels, 11 washcloths, 6 dish towels, and 6 makeup towels. These are the reasons for the $50 charge.
I wanted to address additional feedback. You correctly noted that there is no signage on the locked closet. I will add a do not enter sign and a new lock on to ensure closed access. I understand not being able to use the ceiling fan is frustrating, but it does function well. The light and fan switch is on the wall adjacent to the bed and closet. I will add a label to ensure the best visibility of the switches. We also provide a free-standing fan in a closet. I appreciate that feedback.
As for beach towels, you received 2-beach towels as an arrival gift. The Amenities section states very clearly that we do not provide beach towels for each guest and felt this was a nice surprise when you arrived. In addition, you stated a lack of soaps and condiments to cook. We provide a nice Starter Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, full size paper towels, a cleaning sponge, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher packs, dish soap and hand soap for bath. We also left 3-small bars of soap in each bathroom and 2-packs of laundry detergent. As far as condiments to cook, We do not provide them for health concerns.
Again, we are sorry that you were not happy with your stay. We do leave our personal emails and phone numbers for anyone to contact us during the stay to respond to concerns and answer any questions.
This condo was a well-appointed home. It had everything we needed, very usable furniture and nice decor. We were able to cook meals with all utensils, spices, etc. needed. Plenty of soaps, towels, toiletries, and anything to meet our needs. I am used to taking extra items when we stay in houses/condos that we rent, but it was not really needed here. We had a family of seven consisting of grandparents, parent, and children and were very comfortable. We appreciated the great communication by the host. The location was great with ease to the pool by the condo and the tram to get to the beach and Edgewater pool. Would definitely recommend.
