The house was fantastic! Dealing with Tenesha was way above expectations. She was extremely responsive, informative and patient with our many questions leading up to our stay.
I have rented many places worldwide. This is our favorite place. All guest love EVERYTHING about thos house. Beautiful, excellentlocation, SUPER HREAT FANTASTO HOST, everything was perfect.
The property was as described and matched the pictures. Our hostess was responsive and ensured clear check-in and check-out instructions. The home was inviting and we would stay again. 10/10 would recommend!
The house was everything that was listed. Nice neighborhood and it fitted our every need. I would recommend this house if you have a big family. Tenesha was very prompt with communicating. I would stay again if I come to Baton Rouge.
We booked this property to attend a wedding. The only improvement I would recommend would be that you upgrade the mattresses. Besides that, it was a clean and spacious property in a great location.
Sizable home, plenty of extra blankets, bare minimum basics in the kitchen/bathrooms. All the beds are incredible thin and uncomfortable. There are no hand towels in the bathrooms and no dish towels in the kitchen. We had to purchase some basics throughout the trip - paper towels, trash bags, smoke alarm batteries.. but the host was kind enough to bring us a ladder so we could change the beeping smoke detector battery. The home is in a good location, close to lots of gardens, museums, the mall, not terribly far from the zoo. I wouldn't stay again, but it was sufficient to accommodate our large group. Thanks!
There were 9 of us in total staying here for a local sporting event. The house is a great size for a big group, everyone had their own bed(s) and it never felt crowded. Kitchen was well-appointed, everything was very clean, and we enjoyed having access to laundry. It was very windy last week so we didn't get to use the backyard much but it was a nice little spot to sit and enjoy the quiet. We were a little disappointed that for such a grand home, the beds were thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The downstairs 3-seater couch is quite saggy too. Upgraded linens, towels, mattresses and chairs would really elevate the space. Also need more chairs for the dining room table - for a 6br house, you need more than 4 chairs. All that being said, the amenities for babies/children were great and we appreciated the high chair and children's dishes and bedding. Bring your own baby gate for the stairs though. Thank you Tenesha for a wonderful stay and for your 5 star communication. We had a fantastic time!
