*Seabreeze on the Harbor 1 is one of two units in the house. It is the entire downstairs unit and has its own door and keypad.

Imagine sitting on the deck with a steaming mug of coffee or tea, taking in the sights and sounds of a working Maine Harbor. Watch the sun rise over islands and granite ledges dotting Stonington Harbor.

Walk out the front door and around the corner to find Stonington’s charming village. Grab an iconic lobster roll and meander through lovely gift shops and galleries that highlight the vibrant artistic community on island.

Families will delight in visiting nearby Sand Beach, a sweet sandy cove with picturesque views of surrounding islands and Mark Island Lighthouse.

Nicole our host was absolutely amazing and attentive if we needed her. Her lovely home has the most beautiful views and a very short walk to everything. Great place to relax after long days of exploration. And the book collection was amazing! Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze. Our host, Nicole, anticipated our questions and provided all the needed information. She was very prompt in responding to the questions we asked. The location in downtown Stonington was great for us and sitting on the wraparound deck watching the harbor with our morning coffee was bliss. Highlights of our stay included a Sea Kayaking tour with Osprey’s Echo. Our guide was so informative of the history of the area and the wildlife we spotted.

What an amazing spot! This was the perfect spot for our family - we loved sitting on the deck watching the harbor and it was a VERY short walk to everything. The unit was beautifully furnished. If this is available for your dates, do not hesitate!

Look no further. Seabreeze on the Harbor 1 is, hands down, the best accomodation that we have stayed at ever. The location is perfect for watching a working harbor, the accomodation is immaculate and beautifully and thoughfully laid out, and Nicole and Rick are wonderful hosts. We are already looking to book again.

Our stay was perfect! The only thing that could have made it better was if we would have stayed longer. The house was exceptionally clean and welcoming. There were fresh flowers, and a welcome note which added to the charm. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. Excellent location - right on the water and just two blocks from the little town of Stonington Beautiful view from both indoors and out. Our host was the best. Great communication from start to finish. I highly recommend and hoping to stay there again.

What a Great Stay

Stonington is the best and being able to walk to everything made it even more special. We had an action packed stay with just enough down time sitting on the balcony watching the action too. Nicole and her sister made our stay perfect. So clean, so neat and perfectly appointed. A great Holiday Home.

House will be good for a family of parents and 2 or 3 children. It located in a beautiful small fishing town, the views are amazing. The town has some good restaurants. The host is nice and accommodating. I would recommend to stay here.

The property and location far exceed my expectations

The accommodations are of five star quality with a spectacular location on the water in Stonington. The hosts were timely and helpful with our inquiries. There is no need for me to look further. Whenever I return to Deer Isle, this is the place I want to stay!

What a special little getaway rental! A beautiful, clean and spacious place with gorgeous views of the harbor and sunset. Decorated artistically and accommodations are thoughtfully planned out down to the last detail. Sun pours in through large living room windows in the morning, so cheerful. A sweet, quiet spot near shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Lovely Home with a Stunning View

Lovely 3 bedroom house with a deck overlooking Stonington Harbor and the Merchant Row islands. The house was well-stocked with everything one needs, comfortable and immaculate. Great access to the boat ramp for kayakers and nearby restaurants and charming Stonington village. Owners were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Will definitely return!

Beautiful getaway

We visit the Acadia area frequently to see family and generally stay closer to Bar Harbor. We decided to stay a bit further away in Stonington and this home did not disappoint! The unit is perched directly over the harbor, providing stunning views of the ocean, sun and the active fishing community. The interior is beautifully updated and comfortable for our family of 4 and small dog. Stonington is off the beaten path but a nice respite from the crowds of Bar Harbor. Nicole was a terrific host. We'd definitely stay here again next time our travels bring us to Maine.

We were enchanted by the charms of Maine years ago and couldn't help but wander back to this magical land. As soon as we crossed the Deer Isle bridge, we knew this island was special.
