Clean, cozy, convenient

The price of this property was comparable to two separate hotel rooms, so we decided to go ahead and book this for our stay for Thanksgiving. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again.

We truly felt at home during our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free vacation rental. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!Just a heads up for anyone that may struggle with stairs, both bedrooms are upstairs! It was great to have a separate space. Better than a hotel room any day!

Good communication. Great property, matched photos and description. Master had a king bed which was a huge plus. No giant list of what to do or not to do which was nice. Door code worked and all other features used in the property worked well.

For all those looking to stay close to TSU, this little beauty is your answer. Super clean, attractive decor, and delightfully felt like home away from home. Every coffee shop within minutes. A variety of quick food or sit down meals within minutes—and of course a beautiful kitchen ready for your own! The quaint (and very quiet) downtown neighborhood made our trip relaxed and cozy. Another stay will be an easy choice! Highly recommended!!

Best Place I've Stayed in Stephenville

We’re from New York, and this was our fifth or sixth visit to Stephenville. My daughter will be attending Tarleton in the fall, so we’ve had the chance to explore the area quite a bit. I always prefer staying in a VRBO over a hotel, and this place was absolutely perfect! Communication with Jamie was fantastic, and the townhouse itself was beautiful—modern, spotless, and just a short walk to campus. I’ll definitely be booking this place again!
