BEACHFRONT HAVEN @ Gulf House 602! This 3/2 condo is beachfront in Gulf Shores and is just steps to the beach! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex.

THE SPACE: Enjoy this updated condo nestled right on the beach. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a slider to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee makers. For dining, there is room for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom hosts the stacked washer and dryer. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the little ones. The second bath in the hall features a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note that the TVs in the unit are Smart TVs. Cable is not included and guests will need to login to their own streaming/cable services through the TV's many apps. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary!

THE PROPERTY: Gulf House has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available. Off the elevator, you are located just steps from the pool or beach! Beach service is available in season. YOU ARE BEACHFRONT, so spend your day enjoying the sun and sand! A convenient outdoor shower and hose are provided. Parking is onsite and half of it is covered, so you may park in any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. This unit has a washer and dryer. However, a clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor.

*Parking passes are purchased at booking. *Max 2 vehicles. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *No-smoking in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets. *No parties. *No boats or trailers allowed. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided.

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach, Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley, or OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA Waterpark, Pensacola Naval Air Museum and the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Departure: Place garbage in trash (no trash pickup at the unit). Clean and put away all dishes, do not leave dishwasher running. Sweep sand from unit.

Very nice condo, perfect access to beach, lovely balcony waking up to ocean every morning. Very comfortable and nicely furnished.

Perfect getaway

It was the perfect location, watched dolphins in the morning from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved playing in the pool. Had everything you need.
