Charley's Place has just been purchased by an owner who took his time remodeling and getting the home perfect for rentals. This property truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for four, a spacious living room with smart TV, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi.



Located right in the middle of Sanibel Island, this home is perfect for bikers and is situated near the main grocery store, popular restaurants and several retail and gift shops. You also have several different choices of public beaches to choose from!



**Please be aware that during peak and mid seasons (December, January, February, March, and April) bookings must be the full calendar month for a 28 night min. We cannot accept mid month - mid month bookings during those dates, even if you're able to book it on third party sites.**
