Great beach and pool view from the room. This was the perfect size for our quick trip down. It had all the amenities that we needed. Parking deck and some construction noise were slightly frustrating at times but overall a wonderful experience

The room itself was clean it could use some updates. Beach view and pool was amazing. Cleaners need to open cabinets because there was a nasty burned pan. Refrigerator needs a new ice bucket it had a crack in it. Power was off for two days which left the freezer with about a inch of water

We had a wonderful stay for 5 days! Shores of Panama was a great condo with a poolside tiki bar, food, easy walk to the beach, and great security! The room was just like described in the listing! Perfect safe for a couple! We will be back!

cute little condo but, floors were disgusting when we got there. the shower also was broken, with water shooting out of the side and the drain doesn’t drain. overall give it 3 stars because there definitely needs to be some updates done. we probably wouldn’t stay at this specific condo again.

Upon arrival, our room was never cleaned, so we were moved to another room temporarily. We were able to move back to our room the next morning after someone was able to get the room cleaned. Overall, after that situation was handled, the stay was very nice and we enjoyed it. The balcony view is amazing, you can see both the pool and some of the beach.

We didn't spend much time in the condo. We spent most of our time on the beach or exploring new places to eat. We enjoyed our stay overall. Beautiful views! The condo could use some upgrades such as pillows and new curtains but those are minor issues. Great location!

The Shores of Panama was as described however the pictures of the room to what we arrived to were not as described. The room is very dated and could benefit from an update. Mattress was awful, the lighting in the room was pitiful and the kitchen did not have the necessary equipment to be able to cook with. We had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, hangers and pot holders. Normally you have some of those things to get you started… nope not in this room! Walmart is right across the street and Pineapple Willie’s is next door. The pool area was great, plenty of space in pool to get away from people/kids. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back just not in the same room.

Overall experience was great! Came across a couple problems with our wristbands, but the front desk took care of it efficiently.

Our services company is Sailaway Vacation Rentals. We were terribly disappointed and since this was our first experience, I find it best to simply provide a list and include pictures as proof. Our request is for a full refund and hopefully this message will provide improvements needed to make this room safe, sanitary and enjoyable for the next family. We are saddened, disappointed disgusted. The floor - filthy dirty with sand, not swept and mopped after each occupant for certain. Bathtub- would not drain, full of sand, nasty. Hair dryer cracked and stains - not safe. BED - Pillows, old, flat, dingy yellow stained!!!!Warped bed frame, molded, stained nasty torn mattress pad on top of mattress also torn and stained!!! Absolutely filthy!!! Furniture- old chairs from outside put inside to sit, flattened cushions, stained, nasty!!! Pot&pans - old! Worn out not fit to use to cook with burned bottoms , disgusting. Bare minimum supplies - all total A miserable stay… more than one trip to Walmart for sanitary protection!!!!

The unit is in dire need of updating. The 2 chairs were old and very uncomfortable. The air conditioner blows directly at the one side of the bed, freezing that person. The evening we checked in, 1 of the 2 elevators was broken and we waited for over 30 minutes to get our stuff up to the unit. There was construction going on which had the entrance to the building partially blocked and there were no signs telling you where to enter. It was not explained to us that there was a reserved parking spot, we then had to drive around the garage to locate our spot. The stay was OK, the pool was nice, but there needs to be more lounge chairs and monitors watching to keep unsupervised kids out of the hot tub and stopping people "saving" lounge chairs while they go to the beach. The RFID wristbands should be replaced with cards and lanyards. It is hard to use the wristbands to get into the parking garage. My overall rating is 5 out of 10 for this unit.

Beautiful property that is showing its age and needs summary refreshing.

The property was in a great location with a beautiful view and great beach access. The pool area was very nice and there was live music on the pool deck Saturday night. The hallways of the property starting to show its age. The room was as advertised, but could use a new paint job and some furniture updating. There was enough paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and shampoos for a long weekend so that was very nice. The room was clean and has a great view over the pool and the gulf of America.

The property and condo were as described and as seen in pictures. We were here first week of March and very surprised outdoor pool was not heated. Not a big deal just figured would be. The room itself was organized and had pretty much everything we needed for quick meals and relaxing in the evening. The only issue we both had was the floor in the condo. It seemed as if it was never cleaned prior to arrival and literally turned our feet black after walking around just a little while. A quick mop solved it but just wanted you to be aware. Great little place for the value. The ocean right out the doors and the beach access right on property…..YEAHHHHH!

This was a perfect spot for a little getaway with my husband. It is walking distance to walmart, shops, pineapple willys, etc.! It was double red flags 2 out of 4 days we stayed june 18-22 but the pool & tiki bar/shack was an amazing substitute! The only things we had a hard time with were the parking garage & not enough pillows/blankets in the room. The AC unit could be moved to get better air flow, I believe as well, but everything else was great! The paint on the ceiling did look like it was coming off! Overall great place will definitely be back!
