Welcome to Navarre Beach, dubbed Florida's Most Relaxing Place! The Sassy Sand Dollar is our personal favorite property, and we think you will see why! Newly renovated and located in the perfect spot on the island to walk to both the beach and the Santa Rosa Sound, and within easy walking distance to the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico, island restaurants, and the newly expanded Sea Turtle Conservation Center, this is a great place to stay while you explore all the island has to offer!

What a relaxing week at a nicely furnished condo. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool as well as fishing from the dock. And, finally, a kitchen with great appliances, pans and utensils! We are a family that enjoys cooking in one meal a day and it was so nice to be able to do this in a kitchen like mine at home.

Awesome stay while in paradise (Navarre Beach)

This is our 3rd time visiting Navarre Beach. We absolutely love this place. The condo we stayed at our previous two trips was pretty great. I, honestly, didn't imagine we could do much better. Boy, did my wife prove me wrong. Sure, it was a touch more to stay here, but it's worth every penny. I mean, you're super close to Juana's Pagoda and other local establishments (Andy D's for example) and it's all good. The included game room, beachgoing items (umbrella, mini pop up tent, cart, etc.), and more really, make the stay more comfortable and hit the right notes. I can't imagine not staying here any time we come back...and we WILL be back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Complex is close to pier, beach and docks on the bay. Great space for 7 of us. Loved the outdoor deck! Kids loved the ping pong table. Very nice that they have beach chairs and other beach items if you need it. Would definitely recommend!

From the ancient Smoky Mountains (did you know this mountain range is the 8th oldest in the WORLD?!), to the gorgeous white sands and glassy waters of the Florida Panhandle/Emerald Coast. Parker is an award-winning mortgage loan originator specializing in helping families start their short-term rental portfolios, while Oz is a "retired" Electronic Engineer, who now spends his days tirelessly working on each of our properties to keep them in great condition! Our daughter Taliesin who is headed to college has been involved in design and decor and our son Zolin who is still in high school just might be the one to answer your message or inquiry. We are emotionally attached to each of our properties (even though we aren't supposed to be lol) and we truly hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The Sassy Sand Dollar recently underwent a 2-year renovation. We really tried to capture the colors and mood of Navarre Beach and create a beautiful and relaxing space to come back to after a long day in the sun or adventuring. The Sassy Sand Dollar is a short 1-minute walk through the association to the Santa Rosa Sound where you can enjoy paddleboarding, jet skiing, rent a boat, or bring your own boat (boat slip available)! You will have access to the neighborhood pool, dock, and sound-side beach. If you are lucky, you might even find a seahorse as you wade through the shallows! The Gulf side beach (ocean) is only a 5-minute walk, and we are happy to provide a beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella for you to use. The Navarre Pier which is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico, is also a short 5-min walk and excellent for fishing or sight-seeing. Dolphins, sea turtles, and fish never disappoint on this pier! In the evenings, enjoy live music on the island, the beach-bar scene if that's your style, family dinners, and feel free to grab a sand volleyball game with several places to play.
