Run the dishwasher, take out trash, close all windows, placed used linens and towels in laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location and property

This was the perfect waterville valley proper for me an my family on what was a very snowy ski weekend. It's convenient to the shuttle and very close to the mountain if you want to drive. The condo had everything we needed and was easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Less than five minutes to the ski resort parking lot. A place that feels like a little home in terms of coziness, cleanliness, and amenities. Highly recommended!

Quiet, comfortable, and clean

We had a last minute getaway to ski at Waterville Valley. This was a perfect location for us and dog friendly. The condo worked well for us and we enjoyed our downtime there. Bring fully equipped is nice and allowed us to cook breakfast and post skiing appetizers. The development was quiet while we were there and a short Walt to town square. We had an excellent dinner at coyote grill above the athletic club.
