This stylish one bedroom apartment near downtown Arts District in St Pete is the perfect place to stay! Walkable to Central Ave with tons of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. You will love the swanky décor and vibe the moment you walk in the door.

Walk through the front door and into the spacious living room with a chic couch, sexy glass top tables and a smart TV with all the streaming apps. Right off the living room you will find our completely remodeled kitchen with glass and stainless steel backsplash up to the ceiling. We have a glass table with two chairs and a small dry bar area. The bedroom features an incredibly comfy king bed and another smart TV mounted on the wall. The best part - the bathroom!! Floor to ceiling glass tile, incredible tile flooring and glass shower doors. The bathroom even has a Bluetooth light/fan/speaker combo! There is a small walk-in closet and a dresser to store all your belongings.

The laundry room is shared with the other apartment and located on the ground level, through an exterior door.

* This apartment is on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs leading to the front door *

The 1st floor is another one bedroom apartment that is also rented on Airbnb, along with the main house beside the apartments (3 bed/2bath) - so let me know if you need more space or want to invite a friends or family!

There is a shared deck between the main house and the apartments.

If you are looking for a perfect, cozy apartment in the heart of St Pete, this is definitely the place you want to stay… you probably won’t want to leave!

Our neighborhood is super close to downtown, the warehouse arts district, Tropicana Field, and so much more. No matter who you are and what you're into, everyone can find something exciting to do.

This area is super walkable and easily drive-able, but we recommend using Lyft or Uber if you prefer to ride.
