Luxury Getaway with Waterpark Steps Away

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends in this beautifully renovated stylish home! Sunsplash Waterpark is across the street! Almost everything is brand new in this house. There is a king size bed and 55 inch smart TV in the master bedroom with an attached private bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and 55 inch smart TV. The second guest bedroom has a twin bed and a second foldout twin bed. The guest bathroom is shared and has double LED vanity mirrors with a stand up shower. The living room has a top of the line 77inch Samsung Smart TV with a very nice audio system connected for all you music or movie buffs. The couch can sit 8 people and the kitchen has seats for 10. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of cookware, utensils, seasonings, kureg coffee maker and pods. The appliances available are a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and fullsize washer and dryer. On the lanai outside there is a table and chairs. Publix grocery store and TONS of restaurants within walking distance!

Every Bit as Beautiful as it Looks

This home is spacious and has room to bring your family. Decor is lovely and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the house very much. The nearby waterpark is closed in winter. Note that the whole Gulf Coast is still reeling from hurricanes last summer. We were there April 2025, and bridges out to the off-shore keys were still being repaired. This means they were one lane, often with an hour's wait to get across. This is not the fault of this property, but it should be considered.

Highly recommend!

We stayed at Steve's place while our son was playing at the Gene Cusic Tournament. It was exactly as described. It's only 20 minutes from Terry Park where the boys were playing. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. House was newly updated. It was vey clean, towels were new, beds/mattresses were new. It is well stocked with everything you need, especially toilet paper & paper towels. (which was a nice touch) We've stayed in many VRBOs this home was by far the nicest! If we ever come back to Fort Meyers area,(this is our son's last year playing college baseball), will will be staying here again.
