Connected to the highway and 15 mintues by car to Basel. Regular public transportating from Muttenz to Basel. The home is finely curated with modern semi-new appliances, high style furniture, 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 6, floor heating and separate laundry room. The dining has an 8 seater table and garden has 6 seater eating table and a 4 seater eating table for Spring Summer with curated abundante vegetation. 2 Bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Full dishware, towels and bed linnens of high quality. Art pieces and interior decoration may be purchased. The house belongs to a luxury small chain of homes called "Hattitude Homes" owned by the family. We have given attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible and experience an artistic environment brightly illuminated all around the house. Welcome to Basel Land, my name is Angelica. My husband and I designed our home and built it with a recognized arquitect in Switzerland. We've care to keep the interior in excellent condition, renewing appliances and overall interiors. The garden is well care for and has lounge área and exterior dining. The home is curated with art and fine French furniture, mostly Roche Bobois. The garage is closed and is managed with a remote control. The entire home was painted inside and outside in 2022. The home is located on a hill overlooking Basel, France and Germany, in an upscale quite neiborhood full of wine yards and lavish villas.

The mornings are filled with bird singing, the evenings with stunning sunsets. This área is very quiet and exclusive, allowing the sound of nature to delight your day. It's 20 minutes by car to Basel City and you can see the city from the top floor. The upar floor is surrounded by windows.
