1 car pass is $25.00, 2 - $50.00 + booking fee and processing fee (Price is subject to change without prior notice per HOA regulations). You are not allowed to park more than 2 vehicles at the property.
Trailers are $100 per space, if trailer takes up two spaces it would be $200. All trailers must be approved by office prior to arrival - we will provide office number upon request.

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 8 guests INCLUDING children and infant. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection.   VRC# 62374
