Welcome to Sugar Beach A2 – a spacious and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at Sugar Beach Condos. Situated in Building 3, Unit A2, this well-appointed vacation rental offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location just steps from the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach.
Book your stay today for a relaxing family beach vacation. With quick and easy booking, simply select your dates, number of guests, and receive instant confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, must be staying in the unit, and may be asked to present a valid ID upon arrival or during the stay.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families and groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with all standard appliances and cookware. The dining area offers seating for four at the table plus two barstools, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a 45-inch LCD TV, and access to a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for guest use; please be sure to rinse sand from items before washing.

Guests enjoy direct beach access just a one-minute walk from the unit, along with resort amenities including an outdoor pool, clubhouse with ping pong table, lighted tennis courts, outdoor grilling area, and shuffleboard. The open parking lot easily accommodates large SUVs and vehicles with toppers.
The resort is conveniently located approximately one mile from Walmart, four miles from St. Andrews State Park, and just half a mile from Signal Hill Golf Course. Restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are all within easy reach.
Parking and Registration Information:
Guests staying at Sugar Beach Condos are required to complete a Guest and Vehicle Registration after booking. This includes a $37 registration fee and requires providing the vehicle’s make, model, year, color, and tag number. One trailer is permitted per registered guest at a cost of $100 per space. Please note that some trailers may require two parking spaces.
Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right.
Please note that Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for connectivity issues. Guests who require guaranteed internet access are encouraged to bring a personal hotspot.
This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. No pets, no events or parties, and no firearms are permitted. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM unless posted signage indicates otherwise.
A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
