Welcome to my amazing apartment in San Francisco's wonderful Russian Hill neighborhood!

Experience true San Franciscan lifestyle and live like a local city dweller in this walker's oasis, just one short block away from the glorious Hyde Street cable car line and six blocks to the crookedest street in the world. Historic Chinatown, Union Square, the Financial District, North Beach and Fisherman's Wharf are all within quick and pleasant downhill walking distance from here.

Awesome remodeled studio apartment in a great classic San Francisco building, impeccably clean with great character. It’s a very spacious fit for the solo business traveller or the sightseeing couple. The apartment is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including fresh linens and towels.

A plethora of the greatest restaurants and nightlife this city has to offer await you along nearby Hyde Street and Polk Street. The fully stocked kitchen features functional cooking amenities with basic cookware and dishes/flatware, microwave and coffee maker.

Just as described!

I stayed at this property for 1.5 months and had a wonderful time. Great neighborhood, property listing was accurate, the host was responsive and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment. Overall, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very seamless experience and the apartment is very well-located in Russian Hill with all the necessary amenities. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. For example, the microwave went out and within an hour he had ordered a new microwave that shipped directly to us within a day. Nothing bad to say at all.

The quintessential San Francisco studio

I stayed a month. April 1-May 1. Upon my arrival (10:30pm) the owner Austin met me at the apartment and carried my very heavy luggage to the apartment. Such a delightful, young man. Very welcoming and accommodating. The studio sits high on Russian Hill with great views of the city including The Golden Gate Bridge. The best neighborhood in the city if you ask me. Great restaurants and bars. Walked to everything. North Beach. The Marina. The Ferry Building. Got in almost 10,000 steps a day. Super clean. Perfect little kitchen. Lovely, quiet neighbors. I also locked my keys in the apartment one day and Austin was there promptly to let me back in. I will be back often as I have a son, daughter-in-law and new baby granddaughter a block away. Can't think of a better way to spend a month in one of the world's most beautiful cities. Thanks Austin. I will return!!

Perfect little studio in a great location!

Stayed here for two months and never had an issue! Austin is a great property manager and was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I need a place in the city. Super easy to walk to many neighborhoods and perfect location.

Great neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Close to transportation. Get ready to walk up hills if you're a walker. Studio was roomy. Kitchen was well equipped. Austin was a great host and responsive.

The Light Box - a bright and cozy studio in an amazing location

I stayed in the studio for a month and found it to be quite charming. I really took advantage of the classic San Francisco experience. Walk two blocks up the hill to Union St. to get a fantastic view of Coit Tower to your right and Alcatraz directly in front of you while you pick up your delicious Turkish street food from Sumac. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and lot's of great places to eat -- a short walk to Polk street with some fun restaurants and bars. Austin was a great host, very helpful, nice, and responsive. I look forward to staying here again when I am ready to get away to SF!

This second floor studio was perfect: in a central location 15-20 minutes' walk from most top locations in SF, with a wonderful view of the rooftops and GGB and Austin was a wonderful host. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

Austin was the most accommodating host and went far above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in his apartment. This is a great studio in a comfortable, safe neighborhood convenient to so much of San Francisco. I stayed for 6 weeks for work and loved being here.

AMAZING STUDIO, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

This studio apartment was a great place to stay! Very clean and all new, we stayed for about 3 weeks and it was perfect. Austin was great and would always answer any questions very quickly! The location of the apartment was even better. Close to all the restaurants on Polk, walking distance to Fishermans wharf. It was a great place to stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting SF!!!

I'm a third generation San Franciscan, and I happily returned to this great city in 2011 after nine years living/working/studying in New York City, Hong Kong and Southern California and as much traveling/backpacking that I could afford around China, Southeast Asia and Western Europe. My day job is in the finance industry, and I'm a huge fan of traveling, eating delicious local food, snowboarding, golf and poker, among many other hobbies.
