Welcome to the "Lost Shaker of Salt" condo of Panama City Beach. Located directly oceanfront on the white sandy beaches. You are steps from lounging on the beach. Top of the Gulf Condos is a smaller building on the East side of PCB. This is where you will find all the mom & pop wonderful restaurants and lots of things for the kids to do. We offer a very large studio with 2 queen beds. This condo sleeps four. Amenities include a pool, kiddie pool, and outdoor grilling facilities. The property has a gym, laundry facility on the 4th floor where we are located, a game room, and a new shuffleboard area. A snack bar is open in the busy season. Plenty of places to hang out and watch the beautiful sunsets. This is a very clean unit done in whites and navy blues and art with "Jimmy Buffett messages" to help get you into beach mode.
Our amenities include: Free Beach Chair Service, Wifi, Coffee bar with Keurig and coffee pot, ice maker, built in USB ports to charge phones, free cable and smart TV, new large water heater, fluffy new clean towels, new clean bedding and bedspreads, dishwasher, closet/hangers/storage, oven/stove, blender, toaster oven, microwave, full set of new dishes, pots & pans. hairdryer, privacy curtain to separate beds, blackout curtains, loveseat, dining table for four, snack bar with 3 chairs, fridge with freezer, shower with tub, luggage rack and so much more - everything you could possible need for your stay.
We also set you up with a start pack of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, several soaps, notepad paper & pen, several rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, several trash bags, and a couple of free gifts to make your check in easier and delay that dreaded Walmart run. Most units do not provide this.
We purchased this unit for friends and family to visit so it is kept extremely clean and in good repair. We are nearby and are readily available for assistance and help, We would love to have you stay and find your "lost shaker of salt."

Property Rules::
1. No Pets
2. All Guests must register with the property on the first floor. There is a $30 resort fee that is NOT included in the rental fee on VRBO. It must be paid on site. This fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle and armbands. Please display your permit in your vehicle facing out. Armbands must be worn at all times. Pass to be purchased on in the 1st floor office 9am to 5pm or with Security during season 4pm to 12am. There is a charge for lost bands.
3. VISITORS: Short term guests are not allowed to have visitors on property. Long term registered guests not allowed visitors March 1st through October 31st.
4. There is absolutely unequivocally NO SMOKING inside UNIT 420. This includes medical marijuana. THE PENALTIES WILL BE STEEP! Top of the Gulf HAS designated smoking and vaping areas. Please be respectful of all guests and smoke or vape in these areas only. NO SMOKING or VAPING IN UNIT 420 or in the hallways, lobbies, or pool area. Please dispose of butts in appropriate receptacles. Smoking in the unit is grounds for removal and is not allowed. This behavior will result in a deep cleaning of the unit to include bedding, curtains, all linens, walls (all aspects of the unit) and will result in additional steep charges.
5. Pool hours: 8am to 11pm. Quiet time on the property is from 11pm to 8am.
6. NO GLASS: State laws do not allow glass in the pool or pool area.
7. NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE POOL: State law does not allow eating or drinking in the pool or within 4 feet of the water.
8. TOWELS DO NOT RESERVE POOL CHAIRS
9. SWIM DIAPERS REQUIRED: All infants are required to wear swim diapers in the pools.
10. LAUNDRY: Laundry areas are located on floors 2, 4, 6, and 8. Top of the Gulf is not responsible for lost stolen items. DAILY MAID SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. ALL UNITS ARE OWNED BY PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS - THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. TOWEL EXCHANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH TOP OF THE GULF OR PRIVATE OWNERS.
11. TRASH: Trash chutes are located on each floor, to the left of the elevators. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH IN THE HALLWAYS.
12. Hallways must be kept clear. Do not leave belongings in the hallways or on balcony rails.
13. No rental scooters, golf carts, slingshots, skateboards, or hoverboards allowed on property.
14. BIKES: Bikes must be stored on the bike rack. Bikes are not allowed in the lobby.
15. SECURITY: Security can be reached at (850) 867-2697 4pm to 12am. during the season. Non-emergency police (850) 233-5000 or Emergency call 911.
17. MAINTENANCE: Issue inside the unit contact the rental owner. 18.The Units in Top of the Gulf do not have personal balconies. There are shared balconies available and plenty of places to view the Gulf. Please keep these area clean.
