Renovated House 2007, has two apartments in it. The bottom floor apartment is available for short term rental. It has heart of pine floors throughout refinished and very clean. Two bedrooms with King and queen sized beds; and a full pull out sofa bed in main room. Nice Lakeview furnished Kitchen with seating for 6. TV room with 42 inch flatscreen and sofas. Washer and Dryer, Shower/Tub, Keurig Machine, Back deck with Grill and seating. Beautiful Back Yard that looks out over lake. *******Sorry no dogs, sorry no dogs.******* Please use the map feature for location questions. HIgh Speed Internet. ALL Linens Provided, Backyard is exclusively for the 1st floor homeaway. The backyard has a steep hill going down; not a cliff but it may not be awesome for toddlers. Love it!

We loved the little green house in the hill. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were very nice- better than they looked in the pictures. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it fit our needs.

Great views and location

Great for two couples with lots of activities in town. Heating/cooling were a bit spotty in the bedrooms, but overall beautiful views made up for it.

Comfy House On Lake

This property was very clean and beds super comfy. We watched the sunset over Lake Champlain from the backyard chairs! Our son was able to stream an important football game for us! We’re glad he brought his laptop and hdmi cable. The tv picture quality was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!
