The apartment was very nice. Great location for walking into downtown. The beds were very comfy, and the furniture was great for the 4 of us to hang out together. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for Church st shopping and UVM especially off campus housing area. Loved the beds extremely comfortable, living room was great, kitchen and bath top level user friendly. Fridge was not turned on when we checked in so took a bit to get down to temp for groceries. It was a prime weekend for peepers so that could have influcencwd price. Obviously we paid it- it was a bit high.

Great apartment - clean and comfortable - felt right at home. Beds - including pillows and sheets super comfy (on a scale of 1-10, definitely a 10)! Location excellent as close to Church Street shopping and UVM campus. We visit Burlington often and highly recommend this apartment and rental company. We always make sure to grab breakfast or lunch at Willows, lunch at Zabby and Elf's and dinner at Trattoria Delia. We also caught great live music upstairs at Einstein's - Kiley and Friends performed this past Saturday night playing a great mix of originals and covers. The lead singer Kiley is pitch perfect and the band is super tight - hope to see them again when we are back in town. Thanks for a memorable stay!Linda and Chris Long Island

Convenient and Comfortable

We stayed here for 3 weeks in June and found the condo to be very livable and convenient to all that downtown Burlington has to offer. The couch and beds are comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the lighting well thought out. Stephanie was incredibly responsive. Overall, a great experience.

Spacious and tranquil!

My family and I just spent an extremely pleasant weekend in Burlington at this property, and we can't wait to come back! It is situated a very short walk from Church Street, and not too far from the waterfront, so the location can't be beat. The property itself was extremely comfortable, with some of the best beds and sheets that I've ever slept in. The kitchen and common areas were very nice too. Check-in and check-out were simple. I can't wait to come back!

Burlington weekend

We stayed two nights. Location was central. Great walking city. The accommodations were great. Beautiful place. Only issue was the Halloween revelers who were a bit loud both nights. All good though. If you can go to Hen in the Wood for dinner it is well worth it.

Lovely and luxurious

Our hostess promised a luxurious stay and she certainly delivered one! The apartment is very tasteful, and the sheets, blankets, towels and many pillows were all incredibly soft and luxurious. The location is two blocks from the downtown. We used white noise because of a few passing cheerful students on Fri / Sat nights, But otherwise it was a peaceful spot. Would stay there again easily.

Cold but cozy

We are here for skiing and college tours. Loved the area. Loved the property. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk to restaurants. Reserved parking spot. All great. It is very, very cold out this week, and we probably could have used 1 extra blanket for pullout couch.

The apartment was recently renovated. The sitting area is spacious and the unit is well equipped, though there's no dishwasher. Everything was clean and in good order. Despite the overhead vents and a thermostat that shows central AC controls, there's actually no central AC. (The overhead vents in the photos give the impression of central AC; hence our 4/5 for the property listing.) AC is provided by window units in the main area; there are ceiling fans and two free-standing floor fans. We found the equipment provided inadequate for cooling the bedrooms. The neighborhood could be described as gritty: we felt safe walking alone during the day but might have been reluctant to be out alone at night. We had questions at the start of the trip about the AC; the office responded after a few hours to each of our messages. Despite the concerns listed, we very much enjoyed our stay.
